Take 10 cards at random, shuffle them and put them in a pile without looking at them. Set the rest of the cards aside.
Turn over the 1st card: This is your manager

Turn over the 2nd card: This is your Product Owner
🡪 You don’t get to choose your Product Owner
Draw 6 more cards: These are your Agile teammates
Choose your Scrum Master from one of the 6 cards.

Best team (contextualized):
- Replace the Product Owner with the Project Director and the Scrum Master with the Project Manager – or any other role that exists in your organization.
My own team (retrospective idea)
Flip all 30 cards face up and assign each team member a card that best represents them.
Each team member can freely choose a card that represents them or you can create a voting system on a pre-selection of cards chosen by the team member and/or the rest of the team.
Discuss how each team member feels about their animal, then go over the strengths and weaknesses of the team and what you could do to improve their performance.
Distribution of Profits
All winnings will be donated to “Restos du Cœur” and “Unicef”
